While there is no set time frame to hire a wedding coordinator, the earlier, the better! This gives us time to familiarize ourselves with your plans and provide assistance for a longer duration. We are here for our couples from the time you sign your contract until wedding day. However, we have had many couples come to us within months (or even weeks) of their wedding day, feeling overwhelmed and needing our help. We can meet you wherever you are in the process.

We have a great team of coordinator assistants that can be added to any package to assist on any occasion.
